Grand Rapids Christian is in the midst of an exciting process of becoming a Professional Learning Community (PLC). PLC schools/districts require all teachers to be part of professional learning teams (PLTs) that work together to ensure that all students will learn at a high level by answering the questions, “What do we want students to learn or be able to do?” “How will we know if they’ve learned it?” “What if they don’t learn?” and “What if they already know it?”
